The room was wonderfully spacious, and the beds were extremely comfy, making for a great stay. The staff was friendly and very helpful whenever we had questions. Additionally, the fantastic location in the heart of the city center of Madrid was a real highlight.

The Lotus Opera House in Madrid is an exceptionally comfortable and absolutely gorgeous hotel. Everything was amazing, and the atmosphere is wonderfully quiet. My double room was spacious and equipped with all the basic amenities I needed. I enjoyed a lovely view of the street. I stayed here for three nights and had a great time.
